Created in 2023, the Ohio Promote Resources, Opportunities, and Meaningful Inclusion through the Support and Education (Ohio PROMISE) program is a new initiative focused on increasing quality child care and support services for children who have developmental disabilities. The Inclusive Child Care Program designation will signal to parents that an educator in their program has earned the Professional Early Childhood Inclusion Credential. *

The Professional Early Childhood Inclusion Credential is specialized training for professionals to raise awareness, knowledge, competency, and confidence of attending needs in children with disabilities and creating an inclusive environment for all children.**
